Bentley Tobacco has become a growing name in cigar community in America since a well known member of the cigar industry, Jonathan Carney became the head of the American division for the brand. Bradley Tobacco is owned by Schuster, a German tobacco company that specializes in premium tobaccos. Since Carney's association with Bentley Tobacco, their cigars have started popping up more and more in the US. With that being said, here is the review of the Bentley White Toro.

The Bentley White has a simple, but refined appearance. The band is white with green accents, and presents itself with a large "B", very similar to a certain car brand. The cigar itself is a beautiful tan, and is smooth to the touch. While it can be a bit veiny, the cigar is almost seamless. Overall, the Bentley White appears prestigious and as an outlet for luxury.

The Bentley White is constructed with Nicaraguan Filler, Nicaraguan Binder, and Ecuadorian Connecticut Wrapper. After cutting, the draw was smooth and open, allowing the smoke to hit the palate perfectly. After lighting, the ash is a light gray, and sturdy. The ash falls at the beginning of the second third, and doesn't leave any ash flakes on the foot, so your black t-shirt should be safe. The burn can be a bit jagged, but it's consistent. There won't be any major canoes or burn issues with this cigar, unless you're searching for a smoke with an impeccably even burn.

The cold draw on the Bentley White may provide some notes of graham cracker and dried fruit. At first light, the cigar may provide notes of cream and toffee, which linger throughout the body of the smoke. The first third provides strong notes of cream and cashew, and is accompanied by subtle notes of roasted coffee, caramel, and a very light note of white pepper. The retrohale on the first third may provide notes of vanilla, white pepper, and cedar. The second third may give top notes of roasted coffee and cream, pushing the cashew notes to the backburner. Undertones of graham cracker, caramel, white pepper, and cedar may also be tasted in the second third. The retrohale on the second third may feature notes of white pepper and cinnamon, which adds a bit of complexity to the smoke, and keeps it from being a mundane experience. The final third may give stronger notes of white pepper, roasted coffee, and cream. Subtler notes of cedar, cinnamon, cashew, and light toast linger on the palate as well. The retrohale on the final third may feature notes of white pepper and caramel.

The Bentley White Toro is currently priced around $15.00 per single, and $300.00 for a box of 20. Given the flavor profile and construction alone, it's a great cigar. However, it may be more fitting to have the cigar priced at the $13-$14 range.

Nonetheless, this lighter bodied cigar is a great choice for any level cigar smoker. Newer cigar smokers will enjoy the light body and easy smoking experience, while experienced smokers will enjoy the nuanced flavor notes. This would be the perfect cigar in the morning with a cup of dark roast coffee, especially on a day when you can take your time and enjoy it.
